2010 Mercy Community Sale - "Scoring a Goal for the Community"

The 2010 Mercy Community Sale will be held on Saturday, April 17th at the Raymond Family Community Center (RFCC).  Concessions, featuring Rogene Ralph's famous caramel rolls, will be available starting at 7:30 a.m.  Doors will open at 8 a.m. with a blaze of activity focusing on the rummage sale and silent auction.  The live action will kick off promtly at 10 a.m. Raffle tickets can be purchased throughout the day with the drawing being held at 3 p.m.  Proceeds from this year's event will benefit the Williston Basin Skating Club and Healthy Williston . . . Healthy Youth!

8:00 a.m. Rummage Sale & Silent Auction begin

10:00 a.m. Live Auction kick's off & purchase Raffle Tickets for a chance to win great prizes! Drawing will be held at 3:00 p.m.

Rummage and auction items can be dropped off at the RFCC on Thursday, April 15th & Friday April 16th between the hours of 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.  If you would like to drop your rummage items off early, you may place them in the moving van located across from the Mercy Foundation office.  If you have larger items you need picked up, please call 774-7417 to arrange a pickup.  Crews will be picking up items two days prior to the sale.  Again this year, we are requesting no adult clothing, no major appliances, basement pianos, or analog TV's.

The Mercy Community Sale will include a raffle with the Grand Prize of a 14.8 Cu. Ft. GE Freezer from BoDo's - filled with 1/2 a Beef (cut and wrapped); sponsored by Prairie Packing & Williston Bantam Team.  Second Prize is a Genesis S-31 Gas Grill (Includes Cover and Rotisserie) from BoDo's, sponsored by Craven-Hagan Clinic Family Practice and Specialists; and Third Prize is a 42" LG Flat Panel TV donated in part by Ekblads.

The Silent Auction begins at 8 a.m. and runs until 1 p.m.  If you have your heart set on obtaining a particular Silent Auction item be sure to check back often throughout the day to ensure that you  have not been out bid.  What a great way to end a fun day and take home some really great items while helping a wonderful cause; our kids!

Volunteers are always needed and welcome to help with the Mercy Community Sale.  Volunteers are needed to help unload and sort rummage items on Thursday, April 15th and to help unload, sort, and price rummage items on Friday, April 16th.  Come to the Raymond Family Community Center on April 15th & 16th if you are able to lend a hand.  Thank you and we hope to see you on Saturday, April 17th for the 2010 Community Sale!
